If you were in a spaceship viewing a huge stationary clock in space with a second hand and that spaceship could go faster than the speed of light; through that accelerating journey you would see the second hand slow down, stop, and reverse its direction as your velocity increased to the speed of light and beyond.  Of course, Special Relativity says the last two events are impossible.
